Welcome to Flex Time & Date Night at CME

This program is a safe, fun environment drop off service designed for parents who need a short-term or a flexible solution for their child. Whether you’re running errands, attending a meeting, or enjoying a much-needed date night, we’re here to provide a safe space where children can learn, grow, make new memories and have fun.

What we offer during during

Flex Time & Date Night

We offer a variety of activities including educational enrichment, creative movement, dance, tumble, arts and crafts, fun and engaging play. We also support learning, physical fitness, age appropriate games which all encourage self expression and critical thinking.

Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Ages : 18 months and up

Food & Snacks: Parents must provide all food and drinks for their child. Food should be labeled and packed in proper containers or bag.If we plan a celebration or party, we will

notify parents in advance, but daily food will not be provided.

Personal Items: Please label all items (bags, clothing, bottles, etc.). If your child has a phone or tablet, they are welcome to bring one. Please make sure it is fully charged. We have Wi-Fi available for their use.

Medications: Any medication must be in its original container and labeled with your child’s name. Please provide clear instructions for administration.

Health Policy: Sick children are not permitted to attend. If your child is unwell, please keep them at home for everyone’s safety.

Pick-Up Policy: If someone other than the drop-off individual will be picking up your child, their information must be provided in advance. Pick-up and drop-off times must be accurately filled out on the registration form.

Fees & Late Policy : There is a $20 deposit required at drop-off. This deposit is refunded upon on-time pick-up. Late pick-ups will incur a $10 late fee per 30 mins. Late fees will be prorated at $2 per every 5 minutes of lateness. If a parent is late more than three times, they will no longer be able to participate in the Flex or Date Night programs.

Flex Time is available in intervals of 2, 4, or 6 hours (maximum). An invoice will be sent using the email that was submitted via the registration form, following your submission. Once the invoice is paid, it will confirm your Flex Time or Date Night Out spot. Do not arrive if the invoice has not been paid. Payment serves as confirmation that your requested time and date have been accepted. Payments : No refunds ,payments are non-refunded once submitted. The time slot you sign up for is reserved specifically for your child. If unused, the payment cannot be transferred or applied to another date or time.
