SPACE RENTAL

RESERVATIONS, RENTAL RATES AND FEES

$125 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required with each rental. The deposit  is due 48hrs after confirmation from our event rental team. If deposit has not been received, reservation can not be confirmed. This fee does not go towards space rental, set up or break down. This fee provides staff during the event should any issues arise. Staff will provide entry to the facility as well as closing the facility upon conclusion of the event. Unless an additional service package has been purchased, the staff will not serve or decorate during or before the event.

$75 Refundable Overage Fees is due 24hrs before rental. This is refunded if event doesn’t extend past the events time. Overage deduction is $1.00 per mins.

$75 per hour - Please Include Adequate Time for the Set Up & Break Down of your event. These fees are due 24hrs before the day of the event. If unpaid the reservation will be deemed cancelled.

Customized Create Me Host Event Package

$300.00 - $1000.00 This fee includes the setup or installation of all rental items provided by Create Me. Fees are based on total number of guest, items, assembly time and decorating involvement. We have a preferred chef, bakery and ballon decor company for all your food, sweet treat items and decor. Renter would give all details to Create Me Staff and we will bring your event to life! Customized events package can be small and private from just 2-6 people or more of a larger gathering up to 20 people, but still keeping it intimate and fun!

 Total tear down, clean up and removal of decorations at the end of the party for all customized events - provided by Cleaners - Fee of $125

Storage Fees - Storage for the night prior to the event will be $25 per hour to set up and $75 over night fee.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN RENTAL 

Chairs, Tables (square card tables & Small rectangle tables), Bluetooth Speaker , Kitchenette Area w/Sink. Prep Table & Microwave. Please be sure to bring all utensils & supplies needed for your event. 

Hours of Operation 

8am - 12am

All activities including cleanup shall conclude no later than the rental agreement time, unless prior written permission has been obtained.

You will not be provided with additional time outside of the rental contract for equipment pick-up. All property shall be removed at the end of the event

Site Decoration

Create Me wants to make every event here a special and welcoming experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backing material should be used on our walls, benches, cubbies or floors. Tacks can be used on the walls & tape can be used on doors, windows and the floor ONLY. Please be sure to bring all supplies needed for decorations. Tape, scissors, tacks, etc.... 

Conduct & Smoking 

Create Me is a smoke-free facility. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No smoking in the restroom. Any guests violating the smoking restrictions will be asked to leave the premises by the event staff.

There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. 

Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of Create Me staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases no refund of the rental fee shall be made.

Cleaning, Trash and Equipment Removal

Create Me will be in a clean condition prior to your event and we will also provide bathroom cleaning services during the event. It is your responsibility to inspect the Facility prior to Rental and to perform basic cleanup at the conclusion of the reservation. 

Basic clean up includes:

 All decorations removed, trash properly emptied and put in dumpster, chairs and tables wiped clean & floor swept. Upon additional planning , you will need to incorporate your set-up time and clean up time into the rental agreement, you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found, unless payment for clean-up was made.  

Lost and Found

Create Me takes no responsibility for personal effects and possession left on premises during or after any event. We do, however, maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 7 days. Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner.
